Weekly Floor Scrubber Maintenance Checklist
Weekly checks catch the wear that daily cleaning hides. Schedule them for the same day each week and record the results.
Weekly routine
- Flush the solution system and check for restricted flow
- Inspect vacuum and drain hoses for splits, blockages and loose fittings
- Check tank lid seals and gaskets
- Rotate or replace squeegee blades showing uneven wear
- Measure brush or pad wear and replace at the recommended point
- Check battery connections are clean and secure
- Check castors, wheels and bumpers for damage
- Confirm all fasteners and panels are secure
